Roberto Testa Robinson

Roberto has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with a specialization in Accounting from Universidad Santa MarÃa La Antigua. He is an Authorized Public Accountant through a license granted by the Technical Accounting Board of the Republic of Panama. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the College of Certified Public Accountants of Panama, on two occasions (1987 and 1992). He has a trajectory of more than forty (40) years in the practice of the profession, he held the position of Audit Partner at the Ernst & Young firm for eleven (11) years and also at the Deloitte firm for four (4) years. He has been a facilitator in local and international seminars offered by the College of Certified Public Accountants of Panama, Association of Women Accountants of Panama, The Inter-American Foundation for Developments of Markets of Capital, and participated in a residency program, from the firm Ernst & Young, in Madrid, Spain from 1988 to 1991. He also attended several seminars, courses, and conferences given by the firm Ernst & Young and Deloitte in the United States of America, Mexico, Venezuela, Panama, Spain and Costa Rica; and International Accounting Congresses, held in Panama. He has published some articles related to the profession in specialized financial magazines. His experience covers several industries, such as: communication, banking, airlines, manufacturing, electricity generators, services and projects financed by the World Bank and the International Development Bank (IDB), in different countries such as in the Republic of Panama, United States. from North America, Spain, Holland, Cuba, El Salvador, Honduras and Chile.

Roberto Jr. has more than 15 years of experience in the practice of the Accounting and Auditing profession, started at the international firm Deloitte as an audit assistant and later developed as an independent professional. In the private sector he held various positions as Controller and Head of Accounting in companies in different sectors of the economy, such as distribution and wholesaling of spirits, Health, Finance, Refrigeration service and maintenance companies and Real Estate franchise. , and in the Automotive sector he served as Logistics Manager, where he received training at the headquarters, El Salvador. He specializes in accounting and accounting processes, achieving optimization objectives in accounting processes and internal controls in the clients and companies that he has been part of.

BolÃvar has a BA in Economics with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Panama. He is an Authorized Public Accountant through a license granted by the Technical Accounting Board of the Republic of Panama. He has a history of more than forty (40) years in the exercise of the profession. He has served as an auditor at international firms such as Deloitte & Touche, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Ernst & Whitney. His experience covers industries such as Banks, where he served as Head of Accounting; and as an internal auditor. I also hold positions of Assistant Controller in multinational companies. In the public sector, he served as a member of some committees to evaluate the financial position and selection of external auditors in government institutions. Additionally, he is accredited as a facilitator (exhibitor) in the College of Certified Public Accountants of Panama.
